Le workshop est organisé par le Département "Computer Vision" de l'Institut MICA. Il rassemble plusieurs experts en traitement des images et des vidéos pour la vision par ordinateur, de l'Institut MICA, mais aussi de la "School of Information & Communication Technologies" de "Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST)", de "Thai Nguyen University" et de "Hanoi Agriculture University".
