Résumé/Abstract:
This talk provides methodological tips for planning and conducting scientific research, aiming at publication in a leading journal. The various stages will be discussed: topic formulation; experimental design; data collection; data analysis; and writing-up of results. The talk will also cover the main aspects of the publication process: from discussion within the work group to presentation at a conference, and finally the editorial process leading up to journal publication.
